Senior Consultant GP Accounting

Compensation ranges from $75-100hr DOE and w2 vs 1099
Our client is seeking a Senior GP Accountant for a six-month consulting engagement supporting both the Management Company and Fund Accounting functions. This is a highly specialized role focused on General Partner (GP) accounting, including carried interest, partner capital accounts, vesting schedules, partner allocations, ownership structures, and compensation accounting.
The ideal candidate will have 5–15 years of experience working directly for an investment management firm with hands-on experience in GP accounting, management company accounting, fund accounting, or a combination of these areas.
Please note: Candidates whose experience is exclusively with fund administrators will not be considered. This position requires experience performing GP accounting in-house at an investment management firm, where the management company and partner economics are managed directly.
