Hybrid | Providence, RISalary: $140000 - $180,000 + Bonus + Outstanding Benefits
Are you a strategic global benefits leader looking to make an impact on a worldwide workforce?Our client, a global technology leader , is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Global Benefits to lead and evolve its global benefits strategy across 50 countries supporting approximately 6,000 employees. This is an exciting opportunity to influence employee experience on a global scale while partnering with senior leadership in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
As the Senior Manager, Global Benefits, you'll lead the strategy, design, and administration of comprehensive global benefits programs while ensuring they remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. You'll manage a team of two and collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Legal, regional leaders, and external partners around the world.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the company's global benefits strategy across 50 countriesDesign and enhance benefit programs that support employee well-being, engagement, retention, and cost effectivenessManage global health, retirement, wellness, insurance, leave of absence, and workers' compensation programsPartner with regional HR teams and external brokers to ensure local compliance and effective program deliveryConduct market benchmarking and competitive analysis to maintain best-in-class benefit offeringsLead governance, compliance, audits, renewals, and regulatory reporting across multiple jurisdictionsManage global vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and performance reviewsSupport mergers and acquisitions by integrating benefit programs into newly acquired organizationsDevelop employee communications and education programs that improve awareness and participationAnalyze benefits utilization, cost trends, and ROI to support strategic decision-makingPartner with Finance and HRIS teams on budgeting, forecasting, and reportingWork with Environmental Health & Safety teams to support initiatives that reduce workplace injuries and illnesses
What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldCEBS certification or advanced degree is a plus7-10+ years of progressive global benefits experience2-3+ years of leadership experience managing people and programsDeep knowledge of international benefits practices, compliance, and legislationExperience managing benefits across multiple global regions, including the Americas, EMEA, and APACProven success developing global strategies while balancing local market needsStrong vendor management and contract negotiation experienceExcellent analytical, project management, and communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, global organization
