OverviewWe are seeking a Solar Project Coordinator / Early-Stage Project Manager to support the development of utility-scale solar projects. This role will focus on early-stage project execution, including screening, diligence, permitting support, and preparing projects for handoff to late-stage construction teams. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple priorities while driving projects forward.
ResponsibilitiesManage assigned solar projects through early-stage development (screening, diligence, and pipeline progression)Support development and tracking of project capital budgetsCoordinate with internal teams (engineering, permitting, finance, and commercial) to advance project milestonesAssist with permitting efforts, feasibility analysis, and project planningContribute to development of construction plans, schedules, and project execution strategiesSupport contract negotiations and commercial agreementsUtilize software and tracking tools to manage project data, timelines, and deliverables
RequirementsBachelor’s in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or relatedStrong Excel, financial, and data analysis skillsMechanical awareness or technical interestAbility to handle a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
