To support that growth, they're looking for a proven leader to take ownership of project delivery, strengthen processes, and help scale the business.You'll lead the project management team, drive improvements in project controls and execution, and work closely with engineering, detailing, fabrication, and field operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and profitably.
What You'll Be Doing• Lead and develop the project management team• Drive improvements in project controls, systems, and processes• Oversee budgets, schedules, risk, and client relationships• Coordinate with engineering, detailing, fabrication, and field teams• Ensure successful delivery of large structural steel projects
What We're Looking For• Strong structural steel experience• Proven leadership of project teams or PM functions• Strong understanding of contracts, cost control, scheduling, and risk• Experience improving processes and supporting business growth
