Warehouse Logistics Staff

Manage inventory, including receiving, storing, and monitoring stock movements. Process Sales Orders (SO) and Sales Invoices (SI) and coordinate delivery schedules. Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage, organization, and inventory accuracy. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards. Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely dispatch and cargo handling. Prepare delivery schedules, inventory reports, and incident reports. Supervise warehouse personnel, including helpers and drivers. Ensure accurate documentation and support administrative and inter-warehouse logistics requirements.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
* Experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations is preferred.
* Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory systems is an advantage.
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
