The roleWe're growing and looking for a skilled web and digital marketing contractor to help us build and maintain various websites. You'll do front-end development, help set up automations, and handle the design and onboarding details that keep our client sites clean, functional, and professional. It's a steady, hands-on role with room to grow alongside the company, and a chance to gain real agency experience working alongside an experienced team.
What you'll doBuild and update WordPress sites; primarily in the Breakdance page builder: new pages, restyles, and ongoing editsWrite HTML and CSS, with light JavaScript, to customize layouts and functionalitySet up and maintain automations and workflows in GoHighLevel (GHL): funnels, forms, follow-up sequences, and CRMUse AI tools to work efficiently while keeping quality highHandle graphic design and front-end work across client projectsTrack your tasks and deadlines in ClickUp and keep work moving on scheduleTest carefully before launch: mobile display, tracking, links, and copy
What we're looking for1-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experienceHands-on experience with Breakdance, or a comparable builder like Elementor or BricksSolid HTML and CSS, with working JavaScript knowledgeExperience with GHL automations, or the ability to learn a new CRM and automation platform quicklyA good eye for layout, spacing, typography, and brand consistencyOrganized, reliable, and communicative about progress and roadblocksHelpful extras: SEO/AEO, GA4 or GTM tracking, Zapier or Make, and copywriting
Details1099 contract, 15-25 hours per week, $24-26/hr depending on experience. Must be located in Florida. Remote-friendly; local to Volusia County is a plus.
