Job description
Rinku Brothers is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented 3rd Shift Production Operator for a full-time, on-site position in Tiffin, Ohio. Help support manufacturing operations by operating production machinery, maintaining safety and quality standards, and contributing to efficient production workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery during the third shift, following established safety procedures.
- Inspect production equipment regularly and report issues or maintenance needs.
- Follow production processes to support product quality and operational efficiency.
- Help train new team members on operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and safety incidents.
- Work with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to strengthen production workflows.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Understanding of safety practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to operate industrial machinery and equipment safely.
- Basic problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with manufacturing software and tools is a plus.
- Availability to work third-shift hours consistently.
