About the role
Be the calm voice on the other end of the line for the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Tasks
- Answer calls, chats and texts to assess safety and offer immediate emotional support
- Connect people with local resources, mobile crisis teams and in-person care
Requirements
- Empathy, calm communication and strong multitasking skills
- 1+ years in behavioral health, customer service or call center roles (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED (minimum)

- 3- or 4-day work week
- Day, evening & overnight
- Full-time, part-time & per diem
