Discount AC & Refrigeration repair is hiring a full-time AC Repair Office Manager to coordinate daily operations for its air conditioning and refrigeration repair service. This remote-eligible role is based in Colombia and offers annual compensation of USD $50,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and maintain an efficient workflow.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain organized filing systems and business documentation.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate field technicians.
• Use office software to track service requests and support operations.
• Assist with invoicing and other financial tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, administrative staff, and management.
