Key Responsibilities Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues under the guidance of experienced technicians. Perform cleaning and routine maintenance tasks as required. Document service calls and upkeep records accurately. Communicate effectively with technicians and customers regarding service updates. Participate in training sessions to develop technical skills and knowledge in HVAC systems. Adhere to safety protocols and company standards during all operations. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. No previous experience in HVAC necessary - we will provide comprehensive training. A basic understanding of HVAC systems and components is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and practices in HVAC. Relevant certifications in HVAC are preferred but not required.
