Key Responsibilities Assist in maintaining accurate financial records using Tally software . Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents efficiently. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Support the monthly closing process and assist in preparing financial statements. Utilize Excel to manage and analyze financial data effectively. Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and implement accounting solutions. Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operation of the finance department. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is required. Proficiency in Tally and Excel with strong accounting skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Prior accounting experience is advantageous but not mandatory. As an Account Assistant, you will be part of a close-knit finance team reporting directly to the Senior Accountant, who will provide mentorship and guidance. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations departments to ensure cohesive financial processes supporting overall business goals.
