🧩 Key Responsibilities
Build and execute a sales motion focused on generating meetings with referral partnersProspect and engage target partners such as property managers, real estate investors, wholesalers, and real estate investing influencersBook yourself qualified appointments with prospectDevelop outreach messaging, follow-up systems, and prospecting workflowsBuild and manage pipeline activity consistentlyTrack outreach performance and improve conversion through testing and iterationReactivate past investor clients and identify opportunities for repeat businessPromote relevant loan programs, offers, and portfolio optimization conversations to existing contactsGenerate referrals from current and past investor clientsEventually support scaling the function and help define future hiring needs
💼 Conditions & Benefits
Full-time: 40+ hours per weekFixed schedule: Monday to Friday.
