About the role
Synapse Services, LLC is seeking an Account Invoicing/ Billing and Auditing Specialist to ensure accuracy and compliance within the billing process and maintain invoice integrity through audits.
Responsibilities
- Audit invoices against internal coding sheets and supporting documentation.
- Review and verify account names, policy numbers, billing addresses, carrier information, commissions, taxes, and fees.
- Identify and report errors in the company software or on issued coding sheets.
- Prepare and issue invoices using the company software.
- Stay up to date on internal billing processes and changes.
- Participate in department meetings as required.
- Communicate with producers and marketers to ensure accuracy.
- Perform additional clerical duties as needed, such as invoice filing for backup record keeping.
