Account Invoicing/ Billing and Auditing Specialist

Job Summary:The Account Invoicing/ Billing and Auditing Specialist is responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance withing the billing process while conducting audits to maintaining invoice integrity. ·Essential Functions/ Primary Responsibilities Perform detailed audit of invoice against internal coding sheets and other supporting documentation. Review and verify billing information such as account name, policy number, billing address, carrier information, commissions, and taxes and fees.Identify and report errors within the company software for errors on the issued coding sheet.Prepare and issue invoices within the company software.Stay up to date on internal billing process and changes.Participate in department meetings as required. Communicate internally with producers, marketers to ensure accuracy. Additional clerical duties as needed, such as invoice filling for back up record keeping.
