Job description
We are hiring a full-time Senior Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients of a fast-growing agency specializing in AI-generated UGC and social media growth services. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing execution, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring clients receive a high level of service and communication. The ideal candidate has experience in agency environments, understands ecommerce and social media ecosystems, and can confidently manage both client expectations and internal deliverables. This is not a customer support role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, solve problems independently, improve systems, and contribute to the growth of the agency. Full-time. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.
Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.Salary: $5,000/mo
Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary account lead for assigned client accountsMaintain proactive communication and ensure clients feel informed and supportedConduct onboarding calls and establish expectations, timelines, deliverables, and communication processesBuild long-term client relationships focused on retention and satisfactionManage client escalations and difficult conversations professionally while maintaining confidence and trustIdentify risks to account health and proactively implement solutionsCoordinate recurring strategy calls, performance reviews, and client meetingsOversee execution timelines for content production and posting schedulesCoordinate with creative teams, editors, AI content specialists, and posting teamsReview client deliverables before release to ensure quality standards are metTrack account progress, campaign execution, and internal task completionImprove workflows, SOPs, and operational systems to support agency scalabilityEnsure deliverables align with client goals, brand voice, platform requirements, and compliance standardsMonitor client KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performanceProvide clients with platform guidance and strategic recommendationsStay informed on social commerce trends, short-form content performance, and platform changesContribute ideas that improve retention, service quality, and operational efficiencySupport leadership in building scalable account management systems and infrastructureMaintain a high standard of responsiveness, accountability, and ownership
Key Qualifications:5+ years of experience in account management, client success, project management, or agency operationsExperience managing client relationships within marketing, ecommerce, social media, or creative service businessesStrong conflict resolution and client communication skillsProven ability to manage projects and drive execution in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsStrong emotional intelligence and professionalism under pressureSelf-starter who can operate independently in a remote environmentExperience using CRM and project management toolsComfortable solving problems without constant oversightMust own and be able to use a working computer with high-speed internetMust be ENGLISH-SPEAKING
