Account Manager Operations Coordinator

Azaria Travel is a luxury travel agency specializing in highly personalized journeys and exceptional client service. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Account Manager & Operations Coordinator to help support our clients, streamline operations, and keep the business running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
* Serve as a primary point of contact for client accounts* Manage travel logistics and client requests from start to finish* Coordinate with hotels, suppliers, and travel partners worldwide* Support corporate travel accounts and VIP travelers* Track commissions, invoices, and operational tasks* Maintain CRM records and internal systems* Assist with itinerary creation and proposal preparation* Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, research, communication, and workflow management

* Fluent written and spoken English* Exceptional organization and attention to detail* Strong communication and client service skills* Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously* Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about AI and automation* Resourceful, proactive, and highly accountable* Able to work independently and solve problems without constant supervision
Preferred Experience
* Travel, hospitality, luxury service, executive assistant, or account management experience* Familiarity with CRM systems and operational workflows* Sabre experience is a plus, but not required
