Job description
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field;
• Proven experience in collections, accounts receivable, customer service or credit management is an advantage;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally;
• Detail-oriented and organized;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets;
• Honest, reliable and customer service oriented; and
• Knowledge in collection laws and procedure is an advantage.

• Paper Work;
• Field Work.
