Accountant AR

Qualifications - Any graduate or bachelor degree in Accounting - Book keeping & Accounting Skills - LCC Level (II) - Advanced Excel - Computer (Inventory) - Minimum of one year of experience - Willingness to travel when required - Knowledge of accounting standards and SAP packages Responsibilities - Initiate invoicing transactions in accordance with the terms and conditions of dealer contracts. - Perform daily monitoring of overdue balances and credit-limit breaches. - Record and maintain increases in dealer credit limits. - Prepare and submit the monthly Accounts Receivable (AR) aging report to the Chief Accountant. - Coordinate with the Group Legal Department to deliver debt balance confirmations to dealers. - Prepare and deliver monthly debt statements to dealers. - Prepare cash receipt reports and submit them to Group AP and the Chief Accountant. - Liaise with the bank daily to verify cash transfers and collections from dealers. - Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Chief Accountant as required.
