Job description
Tasks
- Running reports out of Quickbooks to pay monthly GST and Corporate Tax while working closely with external accountants.
- Accurate record keeping of all the above with attention to detail is imperative.
Requirements
- Must be able to multi-task and be able to work unsupervised and be extremely organized.
- Solid experience in Quickbooks Desktop including A/P, A/R and Payroll is required.
- Credit card and bank reconciliations is also prerequisite.
- An ability/interest in IT would be an asset.
