Resolve discrepancies by conducting thorough investigations and implementing appropriate solutions. Assist in budgeting processes and prepare budget reports for management review. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and improve reporting accuracy. Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field. Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel). Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and tax regulations.
