Key Responsibilities Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support decision-making. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy. Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Support the budgeting and forecasting processes. Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information. Participate in audit processes and implement recommendations for improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required. Proven experience in accounting roles; 2-3 years preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Professional certifications (such as CPA or CMA) are a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. This position is part of a collaborative team structure, reporting directly to the Financial Manager. You will work closely with fellow accountants and interact with various departments, facilitating cross-functional collaboration to ensure coherent financial reporting and analysis.
