Key Responsibilities Analyze financial data to prepare accurate reports that support strategic decision-making and improve financial performance. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts ensuring data integrity and compliance with Venezuelan accounting standards. Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring timely and precise reporting. Ensure adherence to accounting principles and regulatory requirements, minimizing risks and audit findings. Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing detailed financial insights and variance analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify financial information, enhancing interdepartmental communication. Participate actively in audit processes, implementing recommendations to improve internal controls and financial procedures. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field. 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting roles, preferably within Venezuelan financial environments. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, Venezuelan GAAP, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Preferred: Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA.
