Accounting Assistant

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred - 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in AP and AR functions (Fresh graduates with relevant internship or coursework are strongly encouraged to apply). - Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, basic data entry). RESPONSIBILITIES: - Maintain organized financial records and digital accounting files - Monitor accounts payable and receivable aging reports to ensure timely payments and collections. - Support day-to-day operations of the finance and accounting department.
