Job description
About the role
The Accounting Clerk contributes to the City of Moose Jaw's financial operations, performing various clerical, costing and recordkeeping duties.
Tasks
- Review and invoice purchase orders as per procedure
- Match supplier invoices to issued purchase orders to verify quantities invoiced to purchase order
- Review and invoice employee reimbursements
- Maintain supplier master file, reconcile supplier statements and follow up on any outstanding balances
- Produce payment and related reports and distribute/file same
- Receive and respond to accounts

Pay
- $26.26 to $30.52 per hour
