About the RoleThis position combines technical aptitude, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills. You will work closely with clients to design, implement, and support Financial ERP solutions, primarily Sage and Acumatica.
The ideal candidate for this role should have strong financial knowledge and experience supporting clients in their Financial Workflows.
Key ResponsibilitiesGuide our clients in their main Financial workflowImplement, configure, and support Sage and Acumatica ERP systems.Participate in project teams and collaborate with internal and client stakeholders.Support project management activities and provide clear project status updates.Train and coach client teams, including finance and operations personnel.Lead requirements-gathering sessions and business process reviews.Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and maintain strong professional relationships.Deliver high-quality solutions that meet client business objectives.
Required QualificationsAdvanced proficiency in both English and Spanish ( Must be able to have the interviews in English)Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with mid-market ERP platforms such as SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica, or similar solutions as consultant or internal Power Key User.Strong knowledge of accounting main workflows, including:Month-end and year-end closingMulti-currency accountingMulti- Country financial consolidation
Preferred QualificationsCertified Public Accountant (CPA/CPC) designation.Experience working with North American clients.Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent).
Additional InformationCaron serves clients throughout North and South America.This position requires occasional travel.Candidates must be eligible to obtain travel visas and be able to operate a motor vehicle as required.
