Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 2 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience
- Advanced skills in Xero and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Strong mathematical acumen, high attention to detail, and top-tier English communication skills (Vietnamese language proficiency is a big plus!)
- A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset
