Accounting Technician

Tasks

• Provide general bookkeeping services including sales, accounts receivable, expenses, accounts payable, payroll transactions, and account reconciliations
• Maintain client files to ensure accurate and timely completion of compliance returns and schedules
• Identify issues and errors, investigate discrepancies, and develop resolutions
• Communicate with government agencies regarding information requests, reviews, assessments, and installments
• Preparation of personal tax returns as required
• Ability to manage additional projects as needed

Requirements

• Must have experience in CaseWare, tax preparation, and Profile
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work with a diverse portfolio of clients in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

• Full-time

Pay

• $45,000.00–$65,000.00 per year
