Accounting Technician

Tasks

• Prepare bookkeeping and full-cycle accounting for a variety of clients
• Complete bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end working papers and financial statements
• Prepare HST returns and support client accounting needs
• Work closely with senior accountants and managers on client engagements

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an Accounting Technician or similar accounting role
• Experience with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and preparing financial records
• Public accounting experience is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• CPA designation is not required

Schedule

• Hybrid (4 days/week in the office)

Pay

• Competitive salary ($60,000-75,000)
