BHM Traders is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to lead finance and accounting operations in Malé, Maldives. This role suits a qualified finance professional with strong leadership abilities and hands-on experience in comprehensive accounting and compliance management.
🔑 Key Requirements
- CFA, CA, CPA, ACCA, or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 5+ years experience in accounting or finance, preferably with managerial exposure
- Strong expertise in IFRS, audits, and statutory compliance
- Mandatory experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience in FMCG, Trading, or Retail sectors is an advantage
📊 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and cash flow management
- Manage banking relationships, multi-currency accounts, and account reconciliations
- Supervise MIRA tax compliance and statutory filings
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX planning, and financial analysis
- Provide strategic financial insights and reports to senior management
