Accounts Payable Analyst LATAM

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to support our Finance team by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions, expense reports, and related accounting activities across our LATAM operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess vendor invoices and service fee receiptsReview and record employee expense reportsPrepare weekly payment proposalsMonitor advances and employee fundsControl corporate credit card expensesPerform balance sheet reconciliationsEnsure compliance with tax withholding and VAT regulationsSupport reporting, analysis, and accounting activities
What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent2+ years of accounting experienceStrong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliationsDetail-oriented and highly organized mindsetAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesIntermediate to advanced English proficiencyExperience with ERP systems (Epicor or Oracle preferred)Availability to work onsite in Renca
