Job description
WE ARE HIRING! ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience supporting Canadian or U.S. companies.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with OCR/invoice automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of invoice processing, three-way matching, vendor reconciliation, and GL coding.
• Required experience with freight billing, customs, duties, and international supplier transactions.
• Industry experience with freight billing, customs, duties, and international supplier transactions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
