Accounts Receivable Assistant

QualificationsBachelor’s degree (preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering or Accounting).Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.Proficiency in MS Office.Advanced level of Excel is a plus.

ResponsibilitiesEnsure that the company's billing process flows correctly.Update and maintain the registration of invoices and payments.Guarantee invoices are issued in the stipulated time.Lead collection procedures, both locally and internationally.Provide the correct maintenance of our clients' billing platforms (ERP).Keep the client portfolio within the usual payment terms.Support the creation of sales items within the SAP system.Provide a friendly service to our customers when they have questions related to financial processes.Send the corresponding account statements.
