Accounts Receivable Representative I

Tasks

• Manage customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments via phone and email.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Investigate billing disputes and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor overdue accounts and recommend collection strategies.
• Maintain accurate collection records and prepare cash flow forecasts.

Requirements

• Spanish language proficiency is required.
• 5+ years of experience in credit and collections, or 3+ years with a college degree.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• Contract: 6 months
• Day shift | 37.5 hours/week

Pay

• $20/hour
