Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts receivable operations, including complex accounts payable reconciliations and resolution.
- Process accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Follow up on outstanding balances and collections.
- Assist with month-end close and A/R reporting.
Requirements
- Qualified years of A/R billing experience.
- Advanced NetSuite experience required.
- Project-based and field services industry experience.
- Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
- Experience with native or complex ERP systems.
- Preferred: experience with progress billing, lien waivers/job cost, customer portals, or multiple entity environments.
