WE ARE HIRING
ACCOUNTs RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST
Northwest Houston | $25–$28/hr | Direct Hire
Job Duties:
- Manage full cycle accounts receivable operations involving complex accounts payable reconciliations and resolution
- Process accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Follow up on outstanding balances and collections
- Assist with month end close and A/R reporting
Qualifications:
- Qualified years of A/R billing experience
- Advanced NetSuite experience required
- Project-based and field services industry experience
- Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs
- Experience with native or complex ERP systems
Preferred: Experience with progress billing, lien waivers/job cost, customer portals, or multiple entity environments.
