Requirements

10+ years overall, including 5+ years of hands-on NICE Actimize SAM experience
NICE Actimize SAM & ActOne implementation and support
AML / BSA / Financial Crime Technology
Actimize AIS, UDM table structures, rules, scenarios & alert workflows
Strong SQL and Python programming
ETL, data pipelines, data validation & reconciliation
Model tuning, calibration & performance optimization
Git, CI/CD, DevOps & AI-assisted development tools
Technical leadership, team mentoring & stakeholder management
