The Department of Health Western Visayas Center for Health Development is seeking qualified applicants for two Administrative Aide III (COS) positions, SG3, assigned to DOH-HRMO.
Requirements
- Submit a fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with a recent passport-sized picture, CS Form No. 212, Revised 2025.
- Include a performance rating in the last rating period, if applicable.
- Include a photocopy of a certificate of eligibility, rating, or license.
- Include a photocopy of a certificate of training, if applicable.
- Include a photocopy of the Transcript of Records.
- Applications with incomplete documents will not be entertained.
