Job description

prepare, organize & maintain company records; Prepare daily report; Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary; Schedule, monitor and keep track of meetings and appointments; Managing incoming and outgoing communication through phone calls; Assist in collection and follow ups; Monitoring rest days and absent; Source, screen and interview job applicants; Monitor employee attendance & leaves; Conduct onboarding & orientation for new hires. Qualifications include Senior High School graduate or higher, Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Strong organizational and time-management skills, Good written and verbal communication skills, Detail-oriented, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Experience in administrative or office work is an advantage but not required, Must be willing to learn and trainable.
