Position Overview
We are looking for front line workers with exceptional customer service skills to help create a positive experience for our clients and their pets.

Lutz, Florida (Tampa area)
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Deliver outstanding customer service with excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for pet patients
- Experience or interest in holistic veterinary medicine is a plus
- Veterinary technician skills and experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years experience in a professional office environment preferred
- Familiarity with retail, social media, and computer skills beneficial
- Creative, personable, and a team player with a genuine love for animals
