Oak lyceum international school is hiring a full-time Admission Counselor in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. In this on-site role, you will guide prospective students and their parents through academic programs and the admissions process, helping create an inclusive and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective students and parents in person, by phone, and by email, providing clear information about academic programs and admissions requirements.
• Conduct outreach through school visits, college fairs, and workshops to introduce the institution and attract applicants.
• Review student applications and provide constructive feedback while delivering attentive customer service.
• Develop student recruitment strategies and collaborate with the marketing team on promotional materials.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the admissions database and support timely follow-ups.
• Participate in team meetings to improve outreach and enrollment strategies.
• Track application trends and conversion rates, reporting results to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication, sales, and counseling skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems or similar software.
• One to three years of experience in educational admissions, sales, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
