Participate in team meetings to strategize on improving admissions outreach and enrollment strategies. Track and report on application trends and conversion rates to evaluate success metrics and drive continuous improvement. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Education, Communications, or a related field. Strong communication, sales, and counseling skills. Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems). 1-3 years of experience in educational admissions, sales, or related fields. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a team of dedicated professionals, reporting to the Admissions Manager.
