Adobe Architect

About the role

Lead enterprise customer experience architecture across Adobe’s marketing and data ecosystem.

Tasks

• Partner with business stakeholders to define customer experience strategies and transformation roadmaps.
• Design end-to-end experience architecture spanning marketing content, data, and journey orchestration.
• Align Adobe solutions with business outcomes, including conversion, engagement, retention, and ROI.
• Architect and integrate solutions across Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO/AJOD), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Workfront, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Define data flows, schemas, identity resolution strategies, and data governance models.
• Optimize real-time customer profiles, segmentation, and audience activation.
• Guide frontend architecture using modern frameworks such as React and Next.js, ensuring seamless AEM/AEP integration.
• Drive best practices for performance, personalization, and consistent user experience.
• Design and implement Agentic AI workflows for campaign optimization, intelligent content generation, personalization, and predictive journey orchestration.
• Integrate AI agents with the Adobe ecosystem and establish governance for AI transparency, accuracy, and ethics.
• Build unified data models that enable a 360-degree customer view and closed-loop measurement.
• Lead solution design workshops, executive presentations, and architecture standards.
