We’re looking for an Advanced Data Analyst who is passionate about transforming data into actionable business insights and helping drive data-driven decision making across the organization.This role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical capabilities, experience working with business stakeholders, and a passion for data, automation, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll DoData Analytics & Business IntelligenceAnalyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support strategic decision-making.Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting solutions.Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into analytical solutions.Data Solutions & AutomationBuild and maintain digital solutions using analytics and reporting tools.Automate processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency.Support database connections, data integrations, and information management initiatives.Contribute to the development of scalable reporting and analytics capabilities.Stakeholder Management & Business PartnershipPartner with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and opportunities.Translate technical concepts into business-friendly recommendations.Present findings and insights to stakeholders at different organizational levels.Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations.Technical & Analytical ExcellenceMaintain documentation, metadata, and data governance standards.Support functional analysis and data validation activities.Apply analytical methodologies to solve complex business problems.Identify opportunities to optimize data processes and reporting capabilities.
What You’ll BringBachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field. (Prefered)2 to 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Advanced Analytics.Experience building dashboards, reports, and data solutions.Experience working with data documentation, metadata, data quality, or functional analysis.Knowledge of SQL, databases, and data architecture concepts.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and business teams.Hands-on experience with Dataiku (required).Intermediate English proficiency preferred.
