About the role

PartnerCare is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join its team. PartnerCare brings together rehabilitation medicine, orthopedics, pain management, and therapeutic services to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for people living with complex pain and musculoskeletal conditions.

This is a full-time opportunity in Naples, United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations.
• Diagnose conditions and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing.
• Manage follow-up care and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Educate patients and families on treatment options and self-care.
• Support interventional procedures as appropriate to licensure.
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient response and clinical needs.
• Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols.

Requirements

• Graduate-level training as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from an accredited program.
• Current licensure or eligibility to practice in Tennessee.
• Strong clinical background in medicine and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Experience in primary care, critical care, emergency medicine, or another high-acuity setting.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification, or ability to obtain them.
• Excellent clinical judgment, diagnostic skills, and communication abilities.
• Commitment to evidence-based, compassionate patient care.
• Experience in pain management, orthopedics, or musculoskeletal care is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
