Affiliate Manager for iGaming Holding | Remote from Mexico City
Real people. Real impact. One team. Azura Infinity is a fast-growing international iGaming company working across Tier 1–3 markets. We’re looking for an experienced affiliate leader to build and execute our LATAM affiliate strategy and grow high-performing partner programs.
What you’ll do
- Design and execute the LATAM affiliate strategy from the ground up.
- Identify, recruit, and manage key affiliate partners across the region.
- Build, coach, and lead a team of affiliate managers.
- Track KPIs, assess campaign performance, and optimize partner programs.
- Manage budgets and ensure performance targets are met.
- Monitor LATAM market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory updates.

- Proven experience as a Head of Affiliates, Team Lead, or Senior Affiliate Manager in iGaming.
- Demonstrated success working with LATAM markets.
- Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing models, tools, and platforms.
- Leadership experience and a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Fluent English; Spanish is a strong advantage.
- Analytical, results-oriented, and comfortable working toward KPIs.
