What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and executing the LATAM affiliate strategy from the ground up.
- Identifying, attracting, and managing key affiliate partners across the region.
- Building, coaching, and managing a team of affiliate managers.
- Monitoring KPIs, evaluating campaign performance, and optimizing partner programs.
- Managing budgets and ensuring KPIs are met.
- Staying ahead of market trends, competitor practices, and regulatory updates in LATAM.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Proven experience as Head of Affiliates, Team Lead or Senior Affiliate Manager in iGaming.
- Demonstrated success working with LATAM markets.
- Deep understanding of affiliate marketing models, tools, and platforms.
- Leadership qualities and a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Fluent English (Spanish is a strong advantage).
- KPI-driven mindset, analytical thinking, and result orientation.
