Think teamwork, energy, and just the right amount of friendly competition. What You’ll Be Doing Designing and executing the LATAM affiliate strategy from the ground up. Identifying, attracting, and managing key affiliate partners across the region. Building, coaching, and managing a team of affiliate managers. Monitoring KPIs, evaluating campaign performance, and optimizing partner programs. Managing budgets and ensuring KPIs are met. Staying ahead of market trends, competitor practices, and regulatory updates in LATAM. What Makes You a Great Fit Proven experience as Head of Affiliates, Team Lead, or Senior Affiliate Manager in iGaming. Demonstrated success working with LATAM markets. Deep understanding of affiliate marketing models, tools, and platforms. Leadership qualities and a track record of building high-performing teams. Fluent English (Spanish is a strong advantage).
