After School Activities ASA Supervisors

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting day-to-day purchasing and logistics operations. You will provide comprehensive assistance to the Local Purchase Agent and Warehouse Supervisor in fulfilling their operational responsibilities, while also supporting the Procurement and Logistics Manager as needed to ensure smooth, efficient workflows across the department.
Key Responsibilities:Support the organization and supervise daily after-school activities and transitions.Maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all students.Monitor student attendance and behavior; report any concerns to the ASA Coordinator.Help with arrival, dismissal, and student transitions throughout the program.Support logistical tasks such as setting up spaces, preparing materials, and ensuring cleanliness and order. Qualifications:Proficient in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).Experience working with children in a school, camp, or after-school setting.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Ability to follow established routines and respond to student needs calmly and professionally.Team player with a positive, flexible attitude.
Schedule:Monday through Thursday from 2:15 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.2026-2027 School Year (Starting August 2026)One Year Contract
