Job description
About the role
Optimum Disability & Support Services is looking for a caring and reliable support worker to assist with an Aged Care NDIS participant.
Tasks
- Attending appointments as required.
Requirements
- Medication will need to be supervised.
- Personal care required.
- Car required.
- Driver’s Licence required.
Schedule
- Minimum 5 days, potentially moving to 7 days.
- 9am to 10am / afternoon hours to be advised.
