About the role

Our Agency Ownership Development School provides structured training, hands-on coaching, and preparation for building and operating an insurance agency.

The Agency Development Sales Specialist position is employed by Kelly OCG and assigned to Farmers®.

Tasks

Learn to be a consultative risk manager
Understand agency operations
Build lasting client relationships

Requirements

Property & Casualty licensing is required to start, but not to apply.
Potential agency ownership with waived capital requirements (subject to eligibility and approval)

Pay

$42,500 annual base salary
$1,000 monthly advancement for your first 3 months
$3,200 monthly lead credits
Bonus on premium sold
Graduation bonus based on premium sold throughout the program
Guaranteed base income during the program
