Position Details: Location: Zone 10, Guatemala City, Guatemala Schedule: Full-time Work Mode: On-site Language Requirement: Bilingual in English and Spanish Role Objective Provide efficient, high-quality customer service by managing inbound and outbound calls, gathering necessary information, timely case follow-ups, and effective communication with clients and internal teams. Maintain updated records in the CRM system and meet established performance indicators. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound and make outbound calls delivering excellent service. Follow up and update customers regularly. Transfer calls to the appropriate department when needed. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and team members. Record and update information accurately in the CRM system. Perform other assigned tasks as required. Requirements & Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year experience in customer service. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
