Requirements:

• Completed High School (Bachillerato)
• Advanced English proficiency: fluent reading, writing, and speaking
• Residence within 1.5 hours of Monterrey, Nuevo León (on-site position)
• Customer service experience; call center experience is highly preferred
• Proficient computer skills including databases and Microsoft Office
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask effectively
