Bilingual Sales Representative Job in Monterrey, Nuevo León

Afni Inc. is hiring bilingual sales representatives for an on-site, full-time position in Monterrey. Earn a monthly base salary plus uncapped commissions, with weekly pay and two days off per week. Immediate hiring is available.

Pay and benefits

• Base salary of $16,000 MXN gross per month
• Uncapped sales commissions and an OPS productivity bonus

Requirements

• Completed high school (Bachillerato)
• Advanced English fluency in speaking, reading, and writing
• Live within 1.5 hours of the on-site workplace
• Customer service experience; call center experience is strongly preferred
• Computer, database, and Microsoft Office skills
• Customer-focused approach and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask
