We are looking for an experienced Change Management amp; Adoption Specialist to drive the successful rollout and enterprise adoption of Agentic AI solutions.
🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesLead change management strategies for enterprise AI adoption.Develop rollout plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement models.Drive end-user training, onboarding, and AI awareness initiatives.Identify adoption barriers and implement mitigation plans.Track adoption metrics, productivity improvements, and business ROI.Develop user guides, SOPs, and training materials.Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and technical stakeholders.
🔹 Required Qualifications6–12 years of experience in change management, digital transformation, or digital adoption.Proven experience leading enterprise technology rollouts.Experience with GenAI, Agentic AI, or AI-driven transformation initiatives.Familiarity with Prosci, ADKAR, or similar change management frameworks.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business-friendly language.
🔹 Preferred SkillsMicrosoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI, or other enterprise AI or analytics transformation experience.Training, enablement, and organizational adoption program design.
