Job description
Tasks
- Build next-generation conversational AI agents replacing traditional IVRs for millions of users.
Requirements
- Public Trust Required
- 12+ years of experience with strong Cloud Solutions Architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Hands-on development in Python, Node.js, or Java.
- Proven experience building LLM-powered systems, RAG, tool calling, and Agentic AI workflows.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and contact center platforms (Amazon Connect, Lex, Genesys, or Twilio).
- Public Trust clearance process.
