Ideal candidates should have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Agribusiness, Environmental Science, Food Technology, or other related fields
• Knowledge or exposure to agricultural production, farming systems, organic agriculture, sustainability, or certification standards is an advantage
• Good analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel and conduct audits at farms, plantations, processing facilities, and other agricultural operations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
