Agro Sales Procurement Specialist

Tasks

• Coordinate delivery and storage logistics with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, FCL, Team Members, and Team Leaders.
• Support all training initiatives as required.
• Support execution of customer experience strategies, marketing initiatives, and events.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies focused on quality, cost efficiency, and compliance.
• Manage procurement logistics across the Agro department.
• Establish and maintain pricing strategies for seed, chemical, to support margin targets and sales consistency.
• Monitor and report on inventory, margins, and sales performance.
• Provide timely insights to Site Managers, Leadership, and Agronomists to support purchasing decisions.
• Source and purchase products and services in alignment with marketing strategies.
